"In the center of Sacramento's freeway system there has been a decade long rebuild operation along the 99, I-50, I-80 interchange. At dusk the construction teams roll out and lane diversion cones are everywhere. On the 9th of February I was msking the tranistion from 99N to 50E, where a series of lane merging coneson my right had been tossed accross the lane by a previous mororist, and with merging traffic to my left and no place to go, impossible to stop without a rear end collission, the cones nailed the front of the car, did some damage, but got the vehicle home, just blocks away. CA DoT has their hands full in this project, but in my opinion, the lane management and safety has not been ideal, putting a lot if long term stress on the motorists. I texted my rep Yeh Chen-Ferguson that night, and on the 10th I was being set up with a tow to Caliber Collision and a rental car from Enterprise. In every case, this was all handled first class, A team level. This is the kind of service many get promised but rately get. This team, however, delivered! Thank you, and the band thanks you because I got to the gig with all the gear!"
