"Terrible customer service not helpful at all will change insurance company asap I have had them for 19+ years they have changed my monthly payment numerous times without telling me. I let it go ten dollars here and there. I moved recently and they call to tell me they can’t write me my renters insurance they don’t offer it anymore I said ok that’s fine BUT then I get my bill this month DOUBLE what I pay so I call and they said because I don’t have multiple policies anymore do to my renters insurance being cancelled not by me !!!! I have to pay the price because they cancelled it DOUBLED my insurance!!!!! Don’t go here I’m changing insurance companies too . If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!!"
